M/s ACHIEVERS BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED (ABPL) was incorproated vide certificate no. 05-34186 dated 26.03.1999 vide certificat no. U36911 HR1999 PTC34186. Its main object  is to carry on business of colonizers, builders and developers.

The directors have undertaken the various projects in which the project of expandable villas is the most successful and appreciated by public. This project is being running in the name of “STATUS EXPANDABLE VILLAS” for freehold Independent Villas, “STATUS ENCLAVE” for Group Housing Flats and “CENTRE POINT” for Shopping Centre. All these three projects are sprawled on a land admeasuring 68669 Sq. Mtrs. Approx. at Kalindi hills, Sector-49, Faridabad adjacent to Delhi falling within the boundaries of national Capital Region,

This project has been approved under Town Planning Scheme III of Municipal Corporation of Faridabad. ABPL has purchased land at the time of approval of Scheme and has developed the entire complex measuring 27 acres of Land approx.
