Construction guarantees, conforming to accepted codes of practice, are incorporated in the contracts signed with clients. Our properties are situated along the northern coastline of Goa. The homes are well planned with plenty of light and ventilation and have large balconies and bay windows. Our homes are a short drive away from the beaches as planning rules in India prohibit building construction with 500 meters of the sea or on hilltops. North Goa has a special ‘buzz’ to it and is preferred over the south as a residential location because it is more lively and has a larger choice of restaurants, nightspots etc. all relatively closer to each other and to the adjacent beaches. Shops, banks, medical facilities, transport and other services are within easy reach compared to south Goa which, generally, has fewer choices in this respect and where the travel distances are much greater.
