Our mission is to "connect REAL investors, developers, brokers, consultants, investment bankers, fund managers, owners and landlords, lawyers & legal experts, architects, interior designers, vaastu consultants, media, technology firms and policy makers to promote best practices in the real estate marketplace."
There are a growing number of on-line real estate sources on the Internet. Few are doing it very well. What does it say about the real estate agent and or company that despite power of Internet when you search a real estate web site you consistently see Photo or Contact Information not available. On a web site I did a search on my city and found 544 homes for sale, only 15 with a photograph and relevant information.
When we visit a property site are we looking for that perfect home or are we simply eliminating the contenders? The Internet empowers home buyers to do their own searching and when the address is available, drive by the property. In essence, take over job of the real estate agent.
Like job and matrimonial classifieds, real estate classifieds are moving online, and India's popular national and regional newspapers are striving to catch up or will soon be jumping in. Rajeev Yadav buys ad space in a few English and Hindi News Papers and Magazines in Delhi NCR. But last March was a turning point for his real estate firm in Gurgaon. Instead of large and expensive print listings that he ran on 2-3 newspapers: he decided to put a small ad with 2letservice.com and it told buyers to visit his Web site for detailed house listings - reducing his ad cost by almost 90%!
